Job Description:
Extra Men Limited are looking for Class 1 Drivers to help offer support to one of our most trusted clients in the Lutterworth area.
Our client is offering guaranteed, rostered 4 on 4 off shift patterns. The start times for these shifts would be as below. If you cannot do these start times, I would invite you to take a look at some of our other job ads and see if any of those better suit your needs:
- 18:30-23:00 4 on 4 off. Rates quoted are PAYE plus accrued holiday pay
The work itself is delivering supermarket products to their RDC's across the UK, usually 2 drops per day. The products are unloaded for the driver so no handball is required unless a pallet needs splitting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
