Your Duties:
- Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles on scheduled deliveries and collections
- Operating flatbed trailers safely and efficiently
- Strapping and unstrapping loads to ensure safe transportation
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Providing a professional service to customers at delivery locations
- Ensuring compliance with all Driver Hours and Road Transport regulations
Requirements:
- Valid UK Category C+E (Class 1) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 Months HGV Class 1 Driving Experience
- Previous flatbed experience desirable
- Confident strapping and securing loads
- Good understanding of Driver Hours regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
- Excellent time management skills
