Class 1 Driver – Permanent Full-Time Role (TK Maxx Partnership)

Location: GXO Logistics – County Dublin (K67 Y5R9) Hours: 42.5 per week (flexible, any 5 days out of 7, including weekends)


About the Role

GXO Logistics partners with TK Maxx, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading retailers of top-brand fashion, apparel, accessories, and homeware, to enhance supply chain efficiency and support warehousing and distribution needs. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, progressive environment where skill development, teamwork, and operational excellence are key.


Responsibilities

Daily Duties

  • Perform 2–3 deliveries daily to TK Maxx stores using a cutting-edge vehicle equipped with the latest SatNav technology.
  • Load/unload goods manually via the vehicle’s rear using manual handling equipment.
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every site, ensuring smooth, professional interactions.

  • Economic driving is encouraged to maximise fuel efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Full EU driving licence with Category C+E entitlement.
  • Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC).
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • No more than 6 current penalty points.
  • No relevant endorsements (including DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, or TT99) with a conviction date within the last 5 years.

Compensation & Benefits

Financial

  • Welcome bonus of €1,000.00 (€500 on completion of 6 weeks, remainder after 3 months probation).
  • Hourly rate up to €20.44, plus shift allowance and Sunday working premium.
  • Weekly payments.
