About The Role
You will be delivering products to sites in a timely and safe manner. Giving our customers a great delivery experience, you will follow customer procedures, respond appropriately to any enquiries, and escalate any delivery concerns via regular contact with your site-based team. You will ensure that your vehicle is kept in an appropriate condition and will complete routine vehicle checks both before and after your journey reporting any defects.
As Part Of Your Key Responsibilities You’ll
- Conduct pre and post-use inspections of vehicles.
- Unload the vehicle, ensuring the products and returns are loaded safely and secured to minimise damage.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Drive the vehicle safely and in accordance with the law, including driving within tachograph regulations and driver hour limits.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled in correctly, signed, and dated where applicable.
- Look after the vehicle, maintaining the cleanliness of the driving cab, and follow the company defect procedure.

About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
- UK full valid driving license
- HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Digital Tacho Card and working knowledge of how to use it
- Driver CPC holder
- Must be able to provide good customer service, through building and maintaining good working relationships with customers
