Grafters Recruit Ltd Shunter/Driver Opportunity
Grafters Recruit Ltd require 1 x Shunter/Driver for ongoing work from our client in the Tamworth and Shire area (Worcester).
BENEFITS:
- Pay from £16.50 - £18.63 per hour (Worcester Depot)
- Pay from £19.23 - £28.68 (Tamworth Depot)
- Guaranteed minimum 8 hours per shift

WORKING PATTERNS AVAILABLE:
- Monday to Friday
- 0600-1800 and 1800 till 0600
- Additional Sunday work available time to time
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Category C+E (Class 1)
- Newer drivers welcome
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 points on license
- Shunter will be required to work from both sites when required
- Shunters will not be issued with tablets to input data. They will need basic Excel knowledge, as the role involves completing paperwork on clipboards and then entering simple details into a spreadsheet. Full guidance will be provided, but a basic working knowledge is essential.
- Shunter will be responsible for opening containers doors/manual handling
- Self-motivated and good communications with use of a hand-held radio to the office
- Computer Experience Outlook- Emails to customers and client's
- Excel knowledge - Data entry into spreadsheet.
- Legal compliance- system check for asset service week and Mot's due.
- Reporting defects using web-based system.

PAY STRUCTURE (PAYE ONLY):
- Monday to Friday - £16.50 (Shire area)
- Weekend and Bank holiday - £18.63 (Shire area)
- Monday to Friday Days - £19.23 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday Days - £20.35 (Tamworth Depot)
- Monday to Friday Lates - £26.85 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday lates - £28.31 (Tamworth Depot)
- Monday to Friday Nights - £27.55 (Tamworth Depot)
- Weekend and Bank holiday Nights - £29.01 (Tamworth Depot)
