CLASS 2 (C) ADR CYLINDER DRIVER - NORWICH
Are you a Class 2 (Category C) ADR Driver looking for a new opportunity? Join our client's professional team in Norwich and enjoy competitive pay, guaranteed hours, excellent benefits.
What's on Offer?
- £17.45 per hour basic rate
- £26.10 per hour overtime rate
- Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
- 28 days holiday per year, increasing with length of service
- Up to £1,000 in bonuses every 6 months
- Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays during busy periods
- Typical working hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- Overtime available and sometimes required
- Free on-site parking
- PPE provided
- Full training and ongoing support
- Immediate start available
The Role
As a Class 2 (Category C) ADR Cylinder Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and professional delivery of gas cylinders to customers. Your duties will include:

- Multi-drop delivery of gas cylinders
- Loading, unloading and manual handling of gas cylinders
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally
- Following company procedures and health & safety standards
- Complying with drivers' hours legislation and tachograph requirements
Requirements
- Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid ADR Class 2 in Packages
- Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph legislation
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties

Important Information
For insurance purposes:
- Maximum 6 points on your driving licence
- No DD or DR convictions within the last 12 months
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
