Class 2 HGV Driver Pallet Network Multi-Drop
Salary: £39,452 per annum
Location: Welshpool, Powys (SY21 8SZ)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Lyf Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join their busy pallet network operation based in Welshpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and customer-focused Class 2 Driver looking to join a well-established transport operation with a consistent Monday to Friday work pattern.
The Role
As a Class 2 Pallet Network Driver, you will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries and collections, ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete pallet network multi-drop deliveries and collections.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain and complete all required paperwork and PODs.
- Deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Adhere to Driver Hours regulations, Working Time Directive requirements, and company policies.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and in a roadworthy condition.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am start time
- 1 Saturday in every 4 required
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Current Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Professional and positive attitude.
