About The Role

Pertemps Stoke on Trent is recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a client based in Burslem (ST6), offering a temporary, full-time position. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00, with a pay rate of £19.01 to £28.52 per hour. You will operate a box-sided heavy goods vehicle, completing up to 20 multi-drop deliveries or collections daily. Loads are palletised, requiring use of a pump truck or relying on forklift assistance. Candidates need a valid UK driving licence, CPC and digital tachograph card, with no more than six penalty points. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply for this ongoing assignment.

Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Class 2 / HGV 2 Driver to work out of their client based in Stoke-on-Trent.

For this Class 2 / HGV 2 Driver role, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving a boxed sided heavy goods vehicle
  • Delivering / collecting up to 20 a day
  • Goods are on pallets, you will either need to use a pump truck or loads will be FLT’d off for you
