Driver Hire Teesside are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to support a busy manufacturing and delivery operation based in Stockton-on-Tees.
This role will involve delivering timber products and building materials, including roof trusses and joists, to customer sites across the local area and wider region.

The Role
- Driving Class 2 vehicles
- Delivering roof trusses, joists and associated building products
- Working with a busy manufacturing and delivery team
- Carrying out local and regional deliveries
- Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Following site rules and health & safety procedures
- Representing the business professionally at customer sites
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 / Category C licence
- Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
- Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 licence points
- Experience delivering roof trusses preferred, but not essential
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable delivering to construction and customer sites
