Pay, Benefits And More
- Annual salary of £40,716
- Guaranteed 50 hours/week
- 20 days + bank holidays
- 1 in 4 rota
- Week 1 Sunday to Thursday & week 2-4 Monday to Friday

Your Role
- Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
- 6–8 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
- Double manning with a porter – Overnight cab sharing required
- 2-4 nights out a week
- Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
- Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)

What You Need To Succeed At XPO
- Full Cat C licence
- Valid Digi card & CPC
- Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
- Professional appearance & customer service skills
Bonus (can Be Completed After Probation)
- FORs Gold Standard driver training
- CSCS Green Labourer card
