Are you an experienced Class 2 driver looking for a change? Would you like to work for a market-leading company with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for a full-time, permanent Class 2 driver to join our overnight delivery team in Portbury, BS20 7XE for our customer, New Look, BS20 7XE.

You will be contracted to work 48 hours per week, working 4 or 5 days between Sunday to Thursday with start times between 12:00 - 16:00.

  • £38,329.20 per annum

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Conduct overnight deliveries as part of a two-person crew, ensuring accurate, timely movement of our customers’ products
  • Handball stock in the correct manner from vehicle to store and collect returns
  • Hold responsibility for store keys and alarm codes
  • Providing excellent face-to-face customer service to customer
  • Complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements
  • A flexible approach to working start times as dictated by the needs of the business

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A full UK driving licence with category Class 2 entitlement
  • A valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
  • Be in possession of a valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 current penalty points
  • No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
