Salary/Hours: £16.00 per hour - Monday - Thursday 8am - 16:30pm Friday 8am - 15:30pm

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-conscious driver who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and has experience operating HIAB equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle.
- Deliver goods to customer sites in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload vehicles when required.
- Secure loads correctly using ratchet straps and other approved load restraint methods.
- Operate a HIAB crane to safely load and unload materials.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Follow all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures.

Essential Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- ALLMI HIAB qualification (must be current).
- Proven experience using ratchet straps and securing loads safely.
- Experience with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Good understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations.
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable
- Previous experience delivering building materials or similar products.
- Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).
If you're an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver with an ALLMI qualification, confident in load securing using ratchet straps, and happy to assist with loading and unloading
