Class 2 Driver – Quedgeley | Temporary Ad Hoc Work | £17.00 per hour (Advanced PAYE)
Our Quedgeley-based client is looking for professional Class 2 / Cat C Drivers to join their team on a temporary ad hoc basis.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking to fit shifts around other commitments or simply prefer a varied schedule. Shifts are offered as and when required, with work available throughout the week.
Pay Rate
£17.00 per hour (Advanced PAYE – inclusive of holiday pay)

Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- Typical start time: 4:00am
- Finish times generally between 2:00pm and 5:00pm
- Shifts available on an ad hoc basis to suit business needs
The Role
- Delivering between 1–6 drops per shift
- Using a handheld scanner and mobile device to complete vehicle checks and delivery confirmations
- Predominantly forklift offload deliveries, with occasional light manual handling
- Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 / Category C Licence
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 1 year’s proven Class 2 driving experience
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
