The Role
As a Class 2 HIAB Driver, you will be responsible for delivering building materials safely and professionally to commercial and residential customers.
Your duties will include:
- Safe operation of a Class 2 HIAB vehicle
- Loading and unloading using the HIAB crane
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Ensuring all deliveries are carried out safely and on time
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid HIAB Qualification (Brick Grab or Remote preferred)
- Driver CPC Qualification Card
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Regulations
- A professional and reliable attitude
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (No DR, DD or IN convictions)
