HGV Class 2 Driver Opportunity
The Staffing Network is currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our successful client, who specializes in Waste Management and transforming waste into valuable resources and lessening its impact on the environment.
New HGV Driver Bonus
- £150 after 4 weeks of work based on a minimum of 40 hours each week worked, totaling 160 hours or 20 shifts.
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday | 6.00 am till 3 pm

Duties & Responsibilities
- The right person will be responsible for driving the refuse lorry and assisting loaders with collecting/emptying bins from residential premises, returning them where necessary, and ensuring all additional work and missed bins are completed.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in HGV Class 2 driving is essential.
- Drive and operate a Class 2 dustcart, refuse lorry, or bin lorry.
- Collect refuse from a different local area each day of the week.
- Ensure completion of all additional work and missed bins.
- Assist with manually moving domestic wheelie bins.
- Maintain awareness of other vehicles or people on the road and operate the lorry safely.

Requirements
- UK HGV Class 2 driving licence (minimum 12 months).
- Digital tachograph card & CPC card.
- Good team working skills and good communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Previous experience within a waste & recycling industrial environment would be an advantage.
