Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Class 2 Tipper Driver role based in Trafford Park. The role involves safely operating Class 2 tipper trucks to transport aggregates and muckshift materials to and from sites across Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and the North West. Day-to-day tasks include carrying out vehicle checks, following scheduled routes, and adhering to all road traffic and site safety regulations. The driver will maintain accurate delivery documentation, communicate clearly with dispatch, site staff, and customers, and represent HED Haulage in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications
- Strong truck driving skills with proven experience operating tipper trucks.
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV license; valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with dispatch, site personnel, and customers in a clear and respectful manner.
- Customer service skills, including a professional attitude, reliability, and the ability to handle deliveries and queries courteously.
- Good knowledge of local routes and basic navigation skills, with the ability to follow instructions and schedules.
- Strong focus on health and safety, including conducting daily vehicle checks and following site and road safety procedures.

Salary and benefit information
- £36,140 per annum dependant on experience
- Weekly pay
- Full time and part time roles available
- Occasional weekend overtime available
- Company pension
- 28 days annual leave plus extra dependant on length of service
