Class 2 – Volumetric Mixer Driver
Driver Hire Aberdeen is recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and experienced HGV Driver to operate a volumetric concrete mixer based in Aberdeen.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving the safe delivery and on-site production of concrete for customers across Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will provide a professional and efficient service while ensuring the vehicle and equipment are operated safely and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a volumetric concrete mixer safely and efficiently.
- Deliver and produce concrete on customer sites to specification.
- Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks.
- Maintain accurate delivery and production records.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Comply with all road transport, health and safety, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience operating a volumetric mixer is preferred, although training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible and positive approach to work.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.

- Pay – £15.00–£16.50 per hour – depending on experience.
- Shift – Mon – Fri – 7am – 5pm – No weekends. No late working.
