Actual Salary £26,332.80 - £36,281.60 per annum
This job is Part Time for 1012 annual hours (0.8 FTE).
It is offered on a Temporary basis until 31-Aug-2027.
Approximate start date 12-Oct-2026.
Verwood CE First School and Nursery is looking to recruit a main scale teacher to join their fantastic team on a fixed term basis covering maternity leave from 12th October 2026 until 31st August 2027 on a 0.8 FTE contract. The successful candidate will work Tuesday - Friday each week, with Tuesday and Wednesdays providing dedicated SENDCO time, and Thursdays and Fridays will be spent teaching our wonderful year 4 children. This pattern of work may change as the year progresses based on the needs of the school.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and exceptional teacher who has the knowledge and expertise to ensure all children receive a high standard of education across all aspects of the KS2 curriculum, as well as holding the ability to co-ordinate high quality SEND provision.
