Location: Reydon Primary School, Southwold, Suffolk
Contract: Part Time 40%, Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: MPS M1 - M5 £13,627.60 - £17,411.60 Annually Actual
We are seeking a warm, experienced teacher who believes every child can succeed and is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all learners feel valued, supported and able to thrive. Experience of working with pupils with SEND would be an advantage, particularly in a Year 3 setting. Joining Reydon Primary School, a welcoming primary school with a strong sense of community, the successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching, maintain high expectations for every pupil and play an active role in school life. Working alongside dedicated colleagues and within the wider Active Learning Trust, this is an opportunity to combine excellent classroom practice with genuine collaboration, helping children grow in confidence, curiosity and independence while continuing to develop professionally within a supportive team.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the curriculum and agreed schemes of work.
- Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
- Maintain high expectations for achievement, behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
- Contribute to the wider life, development and continuous improvement of the school.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals while promoting safeguarding at all times.
