The successful candidate will:

• Have the vision and leadership skills to lead Science across the school, ensuring a high-quality, progressive, and ambitious curriculum from EYFS through to Key Stage 2.
• Be committed to raising standards in Science, monitoring and evaluating teaching and learning, and identifying opportunities for continued improvement.
• Be confident in supporting and developing colleagues, sharing excellent practice, and providing guidance and resources to strengthen the teaching of Science across the school.
