We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and inspiring Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our warm and welcoming Catholic primary school which is situated by Hastings Old Town. The position is to start in January 2027.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work within a nurturing, faith-led environment where every child is valued and encouraged to flourish academically, spiritually, and socially. About the Role

  • Deliver engaging and creative learning experiences in Key Stage 1
  • Support pupils in achieving their full potential in a caring and inclusive environment
  • Promote the Catholic ethos of the school through daily practice and example
  • Contribute positively to the wider life and mission of the school

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is willing to support the Catholic ethos of the school
  • Has excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Demonstrates high expectations for all pupils in both behaviour and achievement
  • Is enthusiastic, reflective, and dedicated to continuous professional development
  • Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

This position is for teachers on Main Scale M1-4, ECTs are very welcome to apply
