Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
- Assist teachers with the delivery of engaging classroom activities
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development
- Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and engagement
- Adapt confidently to different school environments, age groups, and individual needs

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial
- Experience within schools, nurseries, care, youth work, sports coaching, or other support-based roles is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, proactive, and patient approach
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Right to work in the UK
