We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people and making a positive impact within educational settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students
  • Assist teachers with the delivery of engaging classroom activities
  • Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students with their academic, emotional, and social development
  • Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and engagement
  • Adapt confidently to different school environments, age groups, and individual needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is beneficial
  • Experience within schools, nurseries, care, youth work, sports coaching, or other support-based roles is advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, proactive, and patient approach
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK
