Role Description/Criteria
An exciting opportunity exists to join Holy Cross Catholic Primary School in Mickleham. Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is an innovative, vibrant, and dynamic Catholic school, in the fast-growing area of Mickleham. The safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all learners is fundamental to Holy Cross. We have a zero-tolerance of child abuse and are committed to taking the necessary steps to protect children from harm, by adopting a preventative, proactive, and participatory approach to child safety in accordance with the Child Safe Standards.
As a growing new school, we are seeking energised, highly motivated, agile, and dynamic teachers to join our team as classroom teachers at the beginning of the 2027 school year. Positions available ranging from Prep-6.

- A commitment to Catholic education.
- An understanding of the Child Safe Standards.
- A passion for working with students.
- A capacity to implement engaging and empowering learning activities for students.
- An understanding of how to differentiate learning experiences for students.
- An understanding of contemporary educational practice.
- A willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility and organizational skills to cope with the demands of working in a rapidly growing school.

Applications Should Contain The Following
- A Cover Letter introducing yourself and indicating why you are inspired by the possibility of working at Holy Cross
- A Curriculum Vitae that includes 3 nominated referees, including the current principal.
- Application form in the application package.
