We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Classroom Trainers to join our Learning & Development Team. This is more than a training role. It is an opportunity to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours that help our colleagues thrive, raise standards across our operation and support the future success of our business.
As a Classroom Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the experience and development of both new and existing colleagues. Through engaging learning, coaching, and support, you will help people build confidence, achieve their potential, and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Working across our East and South East London operations, you will deliver high-quality classroom-based learning programmes that promote professionalism, safety, customer care and operational excellence.
You will be a positive role model, creating an engaging learning environment where colleagues feel supported, challenged, and motivated to succeed. Your work will directly contribute to safer operations, stronger performance, and a more confident and capable workforce.
Due to the operational nature of our business, flexibility regarding working location and hours is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Deliver engaging classroom-based learning programmes that inspire confidence and drive performance.
- Facilitate CPC and other business-critical training programmes.
- Deliver welcoming and informative inductions.
- Coach and prepare colleagues for PCV theory, hazard perception, and case study assessments.
- Deliver learning modules that promote safe driving, customer care, and professional excellence.
- Support colleagues through coaching, feedback, and ongoing development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver training on operational systems, ticketing equipment and future technologies as required.
- Ensure training materials and subject knowledge remain current and relevant.
- Act as an ambassador for Stagecoach values and behaviours.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience delivering training, coaching, or learning programmes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards.
- A teaching or training qualification at Level 3 or above is desirable but not essential.
