About Get AI Powers
We put Claude to work inside businesses, from sole traders to large organisations. Everything we do follows one rule: build with, not for. Clients learn how it all works by building it with us, and they finish with tools they use every day.
We are hiring for two roles, Claude Consultant and Senior Claude Consultant, and we are looking to fill more than one seat. If you build things with Claude for the fun of it and cannot wait to show people what you have made, we want to pay you to do exactly that, inside real businesses, building tools their teams did not think were possible.
๐ Location: Remote ๐ฑ Claude Consultant: 1 to 3 years experience, ยฃ30,000 to ยฃ40,000 plus bonus ๐ Senior Claude Consultant: 3 to 8 years experience, ยฃ40,000 to ยฃ70,000 plus bonus Salaries depend on fit and experience.
The two roles
Claude Consultant
You know Claude well and want to learn how to deliver it for clients. You will build and train alongside our senior team, and we will teach you to run your own clients. You do not need to have done this before.

Senior Claude Consultant
You have extensive hands-on experience across Claude and the wider Anthropic range. You will lead client work from the first meeting to the point the client no longer needs us, coach our consultants and help shape how we grow.
What you will do
- Get to know each client's business, from the people doing the work to the systems they use
- Build skills, agents, integrations and tools side by side with the client's team
- Train whole teams, and coach people one to one
- Be the client's main contact, keeping work moving and spotting what they should do next
- Help us improve how we deliver, and shape the roles we hire for next
Who we are looking for
- You are an avid Claude user and have gone well beyond chat, into Projects, skills, connectors, Cowork, Claude Code and the rest of the range.
- Your background does not matter. Recruiter, marketer, engineer or business owner, we care that you know the product.
- You enjoy being with people and can explain complicated things in plain English. Most of this job is teaching.
- You want to own your work and help build the company, not just work in it.
- You care about working with people who have strong values.

An engineering or data science background is a bonus, but not essential.
This role is not for you if
- You want a polished company where every process is already in place
- You would rather be told what to do than work it out
- You would rather build than teach
- You are new to Claude, because we cannot start from zero
What you get
- ๐ท ยฃ30,000 to ยฃ40,000 (Consultant) or ยฃ40,000 to ยฃ70,000 (Senior)
