As Clé de Peau Assistant Business Manager, you will support the Business Manager in leading a team of Personal Beauty Specialists to deliver authentic, elegant, exceptional luxury service. A team of skin and beauty experts, you will ensure your customers’ skin and beauty needs are met as they are confidently introduced to the ultimate in luxury skincare and cosmetics.

YOUR NEXT ROLE : Clé de Peau Beauté Assistant Business Manager – Harrods, London (37.5 Hours over 5 days per week)  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will consistently identify opportunity and bring ideas to the table to support business growth, passionately engaging the team along the way. Always keeping the brand values in mind, you will help lead the team in building a loyal customer base.

You will have access to extensive and immersive training programmes, which will empower you to be industry leaders and deliver an elevated customer experience. On top of this, you join an incredible network of brands within the Shiseido Group, where developing our people is at the heart of our business.

The first business in Western Europe, Harrods will be a worldwide Flagship, so you will be an integral part of the Clé de Peau team. As a result, you will have access to extensive support and tools, and also have the fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the business. We expect you to be experienced in skincare and beauty, to be proactive and target driven, with a true passion for the exceptional.
