Clean Team Supervisor
Norbury FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time
Up to £29,968.47 pro rata depending on experience
20 hours per week

As a Clean Team Supervisor at our club, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, Experience of working in a customer-facing environment which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers. You have Previously managed or lead teams, previous cleaning/facility management experience and knowledge is desirable. You’ll be able to work individually and as part of a team, well organized with good time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs.

As a Clean Team Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise a team of cleaners
- Coordinate with the Site management team
- Ensure the team have areas of responsibility, are following policies and procedures, and creating clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers.
- Guaranteeing that cleaning products used effectively, with instructions as well as health and safety procedures followed at all times.
- Order stock when required as advised by team and individual awareness
- Update records via the computer as required.
- Be the point of contact for the reporting of problems within the work areas or equipment and liaising with the management team to advise
- Helping you feel good.
