The Role
Britsafe is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team at a prestigious Grade II listed building in Bramham, Wetherby.
You will work as part of a friendly and professional 5-person cleaning team, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building and its surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include cleaning:
- Client offices
- Reception areas
- Staircases
- Function rooms
- Kitchen areas
- Toilets and washrooms
- Corridors
- Other internal and external areas as required

Working Hours & Pay
The standard working pattern is Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 9:00am, providing 20 hours per week.
At £14.71 per hour, this equates to £294.20 per week, with payment made monthly.
There may also be opportunities to work occasional weekend shifts during busy periods, which are paid at a higher rate. Weekend work will not be required throughout the whole year.
Britsafe provides an online system where employees can view their pay and holiday information virtually in real time. This allows any discrepancies to be identified and reviewed before payday.
Requirements
Due to the 5:00am start time and the location of the site, applicants must have their own reliable transport.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Hardworking and conscientious
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Flexible to occasionally work weekends when required
