DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll join a landmark West London neighbourhood that’s buzzing with life and precision. Set across beautifully designed buildings and public spaces, the development will deliver over a thousand new homes and an extraordinary 39,000 sq ft of residents’ facilities, from elegant lounges and private cinemas to pools and a Health Club featuring virtual golf. With two Underground stations right at the entrance, you’ll work in a vibrant, easy-to-reach setting where five-star amenities and a welcoming community set the pace for your day.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will keep shared spaces, facilities and back-of-house areas spotless, safe and welcoming for residents and guests. You’ll follow daily cleaning schedules, respond to requests, and support the wider on-site team to deliver a premium living experience. You’ll take pride in presentation, hygiene and high standards, every shift.
What Success Looks Like
- Residents and visitors consistently experience pristine, well-presented communal areas.
- Cleaning schedules are completed on time, with accurate records and minimal rework.
- You identify and report maintenance issues early, helping prevent disruptions.
- Stock levels are monitored and replenished proactively to avoid shortages.
- Health and safety procedures are followed without exception.
- You communicate warmly and professionally, enhancing the community feel.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Cleaning lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairways and high-traffic areas to agreed standards.
- Servicing facilities such as lounges, cinemas, pools and changing areas.
- Carrying out periodic deep cleans and touch-point sanitising.
- Managing waste and recycling, including bin stores and collection prep.
- Replenishing consumables and maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Reporting defects, hazards and incidents promptly to the management team.

Experience That Helps
- Previous cleaning experience in residential, hotel, leisure or similar environments.
- Familiarity with poolside or health club areas and related hygiene standards.
- Experience using professional cleaning machinery and safe handling of chemicals.
- Knowledge of COSHH and best-practice health and safety in a cleaning context.
- Experience in a customer-facing role where service and presentation mattered.
