Role Overview Keep the venue spotless, safe, and welcoming.
As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in making sure our venue looks great and feels comfortable for every guest. You’ll maintain high cleaning standards, work efficiently around the venue, and follow clear procedures to keep everyone safe.

Your Impact
- Venue presentation: maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms, ensuring a great first impression.
- Service support: reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear, and ensure cleaning tasks fit smoothly around sessions and customer flow.
- Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures; report hazards and incidents promptly.
- One-team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.
