Cleaner
Location: Co-op Academy Bebington, Wirral, CH63
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–9:00am (10 hours per week)
Salary: £12.71 per hour
About The Role
We are looking for a reliable Cleaner to support the delivery of cleaning services at Co-op Academy Bebington. You'll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors, while ensuring consistently high standards throughout the school.
You'll be supporting an education environment where cleanliness, safety and presentation are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out daily cleaning duties across designated areas of the school
- Clean and sanitise classrooms, washrooms, offices and communal spaces
- Replenish consumables and cleaning supplies
- Safely use cleaning equipment, products and materials
- Follow cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or potential hazards

What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to health, safety and quality standards
Previous experience within a school, commercial or other customer-facing environment would further support your application.
