Location: Luton
Salary: £26,626.16 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 9:00am-5:00pm

Duties:
As a Cleaner, you will be working in Easton Green on our Housing Multiple Occupants contract, providing a stable and profitable service while delivering excellent support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
You will carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring that commercial requirements relating to the number of visits, quality, service user satisfaction, cost, and timing are met.
You will also work within a controlled Health & Safety environment, ensuring all relevant procedures and standards are followed.
Role Criteria:
- Experience working within the social housing sector
- Domestic cleaning experience within a maintenance or construction environment
- Experience in block management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- A driving licence is beneficial
