Cleaner - London
Due to this role being in a high security environment, all applicants must be a Sole British citizen and have been in the UK for 10 years or longer, and must not have left the UK for more than 2 months at any one time in the last 3 years.
We're currently recruiting full time Cleaners to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Government Services contracted to 35 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaning team, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
- Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
- Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
- Emptying and disposing of bin waste
- Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our Ideal Cleaner Will
- Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a hands-on role
- Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
- Have a flexible approach to working
DV Clearance Payments and Allowance
To support colleagues through the clearance process, the following payments are available:
- £1,500 one-off payment upon completion of the required DV clearance paperwork and attendance at the DV interview.
- £1,500 one-off payment upon successfully being granted DV clearance.
In addition, eligible colleagues who successfully obtain DV clearance and are actively working within DV STRAP secure areas will receive a DV Allowance of £3,000 per annum, paid monthly through payroll. The allowance will be pro-rated for part-time colleagues.
Eligibility for DV Clearance
To be eligible for DV clearance, candidates will normally be required to:

- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Be a UK citizen or hold a nationality eligible for UK Developed Vetting clearance.
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the previous 10 years.
- Be willing to provide details of their address, employment and education history covering the previous 10 years.
- Successfully complete all stages of the DV vetting process, including security questionnaires, background checks and a vetting interview.
