Who Are Chilled Pubs?
It all started in 2007 when Loren embraced Richard’s crazy dream, and together they purchased the Bulls Head in Repton. Seventeen years later, they have built a thriving pub business with 7 stunning sites, over 600 employees, an industry-leading food & drink menu, and 7 mascot alpacas.
Driven by their vision to become the leading pub brand in the Midlands, they are passionate about finding superstars who live and breathe their values, ensuring all guests are truly wowed by their Chilled Pub experience. With no signs of slowing down, Richard and Loren aim to expand to 20 pubs in the near future.
What The Role Entails
- Maintaining WOW Standards: Ensure our pubs look amazing when our guests arrive, delivering top-notch cleanliness throughout.
- Fast-Paced Cleaning: Work efficiently without compromising quality. Our pubs are large, and we strive for excellence in cleanliness for our guests and team.
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Clean all areas in the main restaurant and bar, including hoovering, mopping floors, wiping down tables and chairs, dusting surfaces, and cleaning windows and glass areas.
- Restroom Maintenance: Keep the main toilets clean and well-stocked for a busy service ahead.
- Outdoor Upkeep: General maintenance of outdoor areas, including litter picking and emptying bins (we also have a gardener to help).
