The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our friendly team at our Lincoln site—*Tritton Retail Park, Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7AN.
Role: Cleaning Operations Assistant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
The role is full-time, working the following overnight shifts:
- Monday – 11:30pm – 4:30am
- Tuesday – 11:30pm – 4:30am
- Wednesday – 11:30pm – 4:30am
Primary Duties Include:
- General cleaning duties across multiple surfaces and areas
- Floor cleaning, including all hard and soft surfaces
- Glass cleaning for windows and doors
- Toilet cleaning and maintenance
- Light cleaning duties (various general tidying tasks)
- Replenishing supplies, including toilet rolls and hand soap
- Shower cleaning and sanitation
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Basic command of spoken and written English due to the role’s contract nature

- Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks

Salary
- Rate of pay: £12.71 per hour (subject to UK National Living Wage eligibility)
- Payment schedule: per month
