DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be part of a prestigious Canary Wharf community set across 75 floors, home to 985 residences including private apartments, shared ownership and serviced homes. The setting is dynamic and fast-paced with premium amenities including a car park, landscaped gardens, a gym, cinema and media room—spaces you’ll help keep spotless and welcoming. With Heron Quays and South Quay DLR moments away, you’ll work in a well-connected, professional environment serving a diverse group of residents and guests.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will deliver high standards of cleanliness across lobbies, corridors, lifts, amenities and back-of-house areas, ensuring they’re always guest-ready. You’ll work closely with the on-site team to respond to daily priorities, resident needs and scheduled cleaning tasks. You’ll follow agreed cleaning plans and health and safety procedures to keep the development safe and immaculate.
What Success Looks Like
- Public areas and amenities consistently presented to a five-star standard.
- Daily cleaning schedules completed on time with accurate records kept.
- Proactive identification and reporting of maintenance or safety issues.
- Positive feedback from residents, visitors and the on-site management team.
- Safe use, storage and tracking of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Strong teamwork, communication and reliability across shifts.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Cleaning and sanitising entrances, lobbies, corridors, lifts and stairwells.
- Turning around amenity spaces (gym, cinema, media rooms) between bookings.
- Managing waste and recycling, including bin store upkeep and compactor use.
- Spot-cleaning glass, brass, high-touch points and responding to spills.
- Replenishing consumables and maintaining cleaning stores and stock levels.
- Recording tasks completed and reporting defects or hazards promptly.

Experience That Helps
- Previous cleaning experience in residential, hospitality or commercial settings.
- Familiarity with high-rise buildings and shared amenities.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and floor machines.
- Knowledge of COSHH and safe chemical handling.
- Comfort working from a daily/weekly cleaning plan and completing checklists.
