About the Role
As a Night Cleaning Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station clean, safe, and welcoming for passengers and staff. You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and safe to use, while meeting agreed standards and service levels.
You'll receive full training and support to help you understand your designated work areas, cleaning schedules, equipment, and chemicals used on site. All work must be carried out in line with Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Working as part of a team, you'll also be expected to use your own initiative and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness. Building positive working relationships and providing excellent customer service are key parts of the role.

- Basic English reading and communication skills
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A flexible and positive approach to work
- Honest, reliable, and self-motivated individuals
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis
