Job Title: Cleaner
About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a Cleaner who will be responsible for delivering a full range of cleaning tasks, ensuring the service is continually improved, and the specification is met. This role involves interacting with the public as part of the wider customer-facing service delivery team on site.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases, and window-sills, as well as courtyards, paths, carparks, and bin stores etc., as per the required Contract specification.
- Vacuuming, dusting, litter-picking all sites.
- Sweeping and mopping hard surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Routinely clean internal white goods where appropriate.
- Taking images of completed work when asked.
- Recording presence using the sign-in sheets as well as our online system.
- Advising Manager of materials/equipment to be ordered.
- Ensuring stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs/maintenance in communal areas to Management.
- General internal and external cleaning of the estate including communal lobby, windows, and staff facilities.

Key Requirements
- Good knowledge, experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety.
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important.
- Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.

Working Hours
This is a part-time role to work 15 hours a week. The working hours are 2PM-5PM Monday-Friday.
