Monday - Friday 6:30 - 1500
DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be part of a vibrant new community set across a 4.7-acre former industrial site now transformed into a modern London Square development of 450 apartments. The setting blends landscaped courtyards, an on-site Co-op and creative studios with a residents’ gym and a welcoming 12-hour concierge, giving your work real variety indoors and out. With Bermondsey and London Bridge stations a short walk away, the location is well-connected and busy—an ideal backdrop for someone who takes pride in maintaining spotless spaces where people live, work and relax.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will keep communal areas pristine and welcoming, from lobbies, lifts and corridors to courtyards, refuse stores and the residents’ gym. Each day you’ll follow a cleaning schedule, respond to ad-hoc requests from the concierge team, manage waste and recycling, and report any maintenance issues you spot to keep the development safe and looking its best.
What Success Looks Like
- Communal spaces are consistently immaculate, with high-touch areas sanitised and floors gleaming by mid-morning.
- Waste and recycling are managed efficiently, with bin rooms clean, tidy and collections prepared on time.
- You build positive rapport with residents and the concierge team, responding to requests with warmth and professionalism.
- Health and safety, COSHH and site procedures are followed without fail, with accurate records and checklists completed.
- Issues are identified early and reported clearly, helping prevent problems and keep the development running smoothly.
- Timekeeping is reliable and you take ownership of your tasks, keeping to schedules and standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
