ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will keep shared spaces, amenities and back-of-house areas pristine, safe and welcoming, delivering a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout the day. You’ll work closely with the concierge and management teams, respond to resident requests, and proactively spot and report maintenance issues to keep the development at its best.
What Success Looks Like
- Communal areas, amenities and entrances are spotless, well-presented and ready for residents and guests at all times.
- You anticipate needs, respond quickly to requests and take ownership of issues until they’re resolved.
- Health, safety and COSHH procedures are followed precisely, with accurate records maintained.
- The pool, spa, fitness studio and cinema are prepared to hotel standards with seamless turnover between uses.
- Stock levels are managed efficiently, with timely ordering and minimal waste.
- You communicate clearly with the concierge and management team, sharing updates and handovers that keep everyone aligned.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Cleaning lobbies, lifts, corridors, stairwells and back-of-house areas to agreed schedules.
- Servicing amenities including the pool, spa, fitness studio and cinema, ensuring they are immaculate and guest-ready.
- Managing waste and recycling areas, keeping bin stores hygienic and compliant.
- Spot-cleaning high-traffic touchpoints and responding to ad-hoc resident or concierge requests.
- Conducting daily checks, reporting defects, hazards and maintenance needs promptly.
- Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, equipment and consumables.

Experience That Helps
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in luxury residential, hotels or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with cleaning amenities such as pools, spas, gyms or cinemas.
- Confidence using floor machines and other cleaning equipment safely.
- Working knowledge of COSHH and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Experience in a customer-facing role where standards and presentation are paramount.
