About The Role
Cleaner
We currently have a number of part-time posts and one full time, these are available immediately on a permanent basis.
The starting salary will be from £25,528 per annum pro-rata on Grade B, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
Rewarding opportunity to work as part of our Facilities Operations Cleaning Team.
We Currently Have The Below Part-time Positions Available
- 2x 20h per week, Monday to Friday, 6am-10am
- 2x 16h per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 9am-1pm
As well as one full-time position of 36.5h, Monday to Friday, 6am-13.48

Working days are set however there will be 5 or 4 out of 7 working requirements (based on business needs).
The team are responsible for over 50 Academic and Administrative buildings as well as 17 Residences across the Streatham and St Luke`s Campus’s in Exeter and employ over 160 In House staff who cover the cleaning duties through day and night 24/7 all year round.

This post sits within Finance, Infrastructure and Commercial Services (FICS), the professional services division which encompasses departments in Finance, Estate Services (Built Environment/Capital Development/Estate Maintenance), Sustainability, and Commercial Services (Accommodation/Catering & Retail/Grounds/Security/Events/Facilities Management).
