Location: Bisham Abbey, Marlow Road, Bisham SL7 1RR
Salary: £12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Full-time and part-time hours are available, with shifts across Monday to Sunday between 8:00am and 5:30pm. Flexible working hours can be arranged to suit individual needs

As a Cleaner in our Bisham Abbey team you will be responsible for cleaning a variety of areas including accommodation, sports, conference, shower and toilet facilities. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, deep cleaning, and preparing rooms to a high standard for new and existing guests. You’ll work efficiently, liaise with the Head Housekeeper, and follow all health, safety and hygiene requirements.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to help maintain high standards of cleanliness across our Centre, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all guests. Please note as and when the business requires you will be expected to support in other areas including front of house etc
What you’ll do as a Cleaner
- Clean and maintain accommodation, sports, conference and public areas to a high standard
- Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and empty bins daily
- Clean toilets, showers and changing facilities thoroughly and safely
- Prepare rooms to a high standard for new arrivals and existing guests
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and descaling when required
- Work efficiently to minimise disruption to guests
- Report ready rooms to the Head Housekeeper
- Safely use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Support the team with additional cleaning duties as needed
