Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out comprehensive cleaning duties on site across all areas including office spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, workshops, and communal areas.
- Operate and maintain light cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to the required standard and maintained in a hygienic condition at all times.
- Stock, organise, and manage cleaning supplies and materials, reporting when supplies require replenishment.
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company policy and environmental regulations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and report any faults or damage to management.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices whilst carrying out cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with site management and other team members regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered.
- Maintain flexibility with working hours and be prepared to adjust schedules as required by operational needs.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and any incidents or concerns on site.

Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning, facilities management, or related roles.
Skills, Experience, and Personal Behaviours
- Proficient English language skills (reading and writing).
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual cleaning duties.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Reliability and strong punctuality record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manual dexterity and capability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements.
- Flexibility to travel as and when required (if applicable).
- Willing to undergo a Criminal Disclosure check.
- Full UK driving licence.
