This role gives you the chance to take pride in your work and know that what you do matters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, sweep, vacuum, polish and dust areas across the school to agreed standards
  • Empty bins, replace hand towels, toilet rolls and soap, and keep spaces tidy
  • Support deep cleaning projects during school breaks
  • Use cleaning materials and equipment safely, following guidance and training
  • Report any safety concerns, damage or stock needs to the School Operations Manager
  • Complete records and take part in relevant training to keep your skills up to date

We Are Looking For Someone Who

You don't need years of experience—just a willingness to learn and a positive approach. We're looking for someone who can use their own initiative, work well with others, and take pride in keeping things clean and safe. Can you bring energy, reliability and a friendly attitude to your work? If you have some background in cleaning and using equipment, that's great—but if you're new to this, we'll support you with training.

You'll be comfortable with tasks that involve bending, lifting and stretching, and you'll be happy working in a role where you might occasionally be exposed to dirt or dust. Most importantly, you'll care about creating a place where children feel safe and ready to learn. Does that sound like you?
