DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be part of a landmark North West London community surrounded by landscaped grounds and extensive communal gardens. Residents enjoy a concierge, gym, pool, spa and a stylish lounge, creating a premium environment where service standards matter. ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will keep immaculate standards across internal and external common areas, making sure everything is spotless, safe and welcoming. You’ll take pride in presentation, follow a clear schedule, and respond to resident and management requests with a friendly, can-do approach. You’ll work closely with the estate team to ensure the development always looks its best.

- You deliver consistently high cleaning standards that residents notice the moment they walk in.
- You manage your daily schedule efficiently, prioritising busy areas and peak times.
- You communicate clearly with the estate team, reporting issues before they become problems.
- You follow health and safety procedures diligently, using equipment and chemicals correctly.
- You adapt quickly to ad-hoc requests while maintaining core tasks and quality.
- You act as a courteous, professional presence, enhancing the resident experience.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time
- Cleaning lobbies, corridors, lifts, stairwells and other common areas to a high standard.
- Maintaining external areas, bin stores and pathways, ensuring they are tidy and hazard-free.
- Replenishing consumables and keeping cleaning stores organised and well stocked.
- Using cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively.
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage or hazards promptly to the estate team.
- Supporting occasional set-up/clear-down for resident areas and on-site activities.
Who This Role Is For
- You take pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and notice the small details.
- You’re reliable, punctual and comfortable working to a set rota with minimal supervision.
- You communicate warmly and professionally with residents, visitors and colleagues.
- You enjoy being active, hands-on and working as part of a supportive team.
- You are safety-conscious and follow procedures with care.
Experience That Helps
- Experience in residential developments, hotels, leisure or similar customer-focused settings.
- Familiarity with cleaning schedules, checklists and working with supervisors or managers.
- Confidence using cleaning machinery (e.g. floor scrubbers) and handling chemicals safely.
- Experience managing waste areas, recycling procedures and external cleaning.
- Exposure to high-end environments where standards and presentation are paramount.
