Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council,
Harvills Hawthorn Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly dedicated Cleaner to support the site team. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, efficient Cleaner to work as part of the cleaning team. Experience is preferred but not essential as training will be given. This is a great opportunity to work with forward thinking staff and be part of a passionate enthusiastic team.

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children’s Barring List Check. If you are barred from working with children, you are breaking the law if you apply for this post

Band A, SCP 3 £24,796 pro rata (£12.85 per hour) (actual £10,052 per annum) (Plus a living wage supplement to £13.45 per hour payable from 1st April 2026)
