DEVELOPMENT DETAILS
You’ll be part of a new-build mixed-use neighbourhood in Plumstead that’s growing into a vibrant community of around 2,000 homes centred on a 1.8-acre landscaped garden square. The setting blends contemporary architecture with green, well-kept outdoor spaces and active ground-floor uses, creating a lively, people-first environment. With Plumstead station close by and fast Elizabeth line links from nearby Woolwich, you’ll work in a connected location that’s easy for residents and colleagues to access.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will take pride in keeping entrances, corridors, lifts, amenities and external areas immaculate, welcoming and safe for residents and visitors. Most days you’ll follow a planned cleaning schedule, respond to ad-hoc requests, and liaise with the onsite team to keep standards consistently high. You’ll use the right equipment and materials to deliver a polished finish while working safely and efficiently.

- Residents and visitors feel welcomed by your courteous, helpful approach.
- Health and safety procedures, including COSHH and safe equipment use, are followed without exception.
- You communicate clearly with the estate team, updating on progress and priorities.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
