Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 – 16:30
Salary: £28,758
Contract: Permanent

Development Details
This role will be based at a high-end development located in the heart of the City of London and within easy reach of several underground stations including Moorgate, Barbican and Liverpool Street. The Heron is a 36-floor tower with 285 residential apartments, this development benefits from several on-site amenities including a car park, stylish residents club lounge, a screening room and gym.
Key Responsibilities And Requirements
As a Cleaner at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Be someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- Be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
- Have a good eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, reporting any defect and health and safety concerns.
- Understand that your team matters, support them, work together, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
