Job Opportunity for Cleaners
We urgently require eight experienced cleaners to join our cleaning teams
Locations
- Four people for the Teesside area
- Four people across the Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham areas
Requirements
Ideally, candidates will hold a valid CSCS card and have new-build cleaning experience. Most of our work involves initial and final cleans of new-build homes for housebuilders, working in teams of two.

We’re looking for reliable people with a strong work ethic and a sufficient level of English to complete the required health and safety training and assessments.
They’ll also need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
Ideally, we’re looking for drivers aged 25 or over, or pairs where one person meets these requirements. This could be a great opportunity for friends or family members who would like to work together.

Qualifications
- Full, clean driving licence.
Pay
- Experienced cleaners: Base pay: £13.25 per hour
- Senior cleaners: Base pay: £14.50 per hour
