Piramal Healthcare UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Cleaner / Porter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within our facilities, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the company.
Job Summary
Piramal Healthcare UK Limited is seeking a dedicated Cleaner / Porter for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment within our facilities, supporting the overall operational efficiency of the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of Good Manufacturing Practice cleaning duties, across the Pharmaceutical Production area.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to a high standard, adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and restock supplies as needed.
- Assist with general porter duties, including moving materials between departments or locations to support the overall manufacturing process.
- Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the relevant department.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and GMP requirements at all times.

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a cleaning or porter role, preferably within a GMP or manufacturing environment is preferable but not essential.
- Understanding of health and safety guidelines relevant to cleaning, portering and manual handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and high housekeeping standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- A flexible approach to work, including willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
